With only a few hours left for the highly anticipated Kings and Queen of the Ring event, an enthralling episode of Friday Night SmackDown unfolded on May 24. The show witnessed some major developments of the upcoming Premium Live Event with two semi-final matches being held.

The latest episode of WWE SmackDown also saw an unofficial fight between women’s champion Bayley and Chelsea Green. The roster also included a tag-team match where LA Knight joined hands with The Street Profits to clash against the trio of Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Let’s take a look at the results from the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown
Queen of the Ring Semi-Final– Nia Jax vs Bianca Belair
Nia Jax pulled off a roaring start with a big splash on Bianca Belair before dragging her to the corner. Blair didn’t take much time to break the stretch-muffler lock and countered with a Samoan Drop. She tried to follow it up with a flying crossbody but ended up injuring her knee. Jax took advantage and secured the win with an Annihilator to reach the Queen of the Ring final.
King of the Ring Semi-Final– Tama Tonga vs Randy Orton
Tama Tonga started off strong before Randy Orton came back with a fallaway slam to thrash him on the ring post. Orton attempted the draping DDT but Tonga was ready to reverse it with a dragon screw. Orton once again tried to finish the game with a DDT. This time, Tonga sent him outside. The Viber then launched the RKO on Tonga to pick up the victory.
Bayley vs Chelsea Green
Despite being an unofficial fight, both wrestlers looked desperate to make a strong statement. Chelsea Green went hard on the Champ early on. She kicked Bayley’s head to slam her on the apron. Bayley bounced back quickly and pulled out a back suplex. She then used the pop-up powerbomb to seal the deal.
LA Knight & The Street Profits vs Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller and Austin Theory
Carmelo Hayes went head-to-head against Montez Ford at the beginning of the tag-team match. The duo traded some strikes before LA Knight and Austin Theory took over the ring. Waller was also called up but was dragged away by Knight. Knight then attacked Waller with an elbow drop. He then shifted his focus to Hayes, who was outside the ring. Melo was thrashed on the announce desk before Ford of The Street Profits came up with the splash on Waller to win the match.
