T20 World Cup 2024: Aaron Jones, Andries Gous Star in Record Chase for USA to Set the Tone
In a spectacular performance, USA chased down their highest T20Is total in history to kickstart world cup with a seven-wicket win over Canada.
United States of America defeated Canada in the opening match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, played at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. Canada posted a challenging total of 194/5 after being put in to bat first. USA lost a wicket in the very first over of the chase but recovered in spectacular fashion to win by seven wickets.
