Abdu Rozik is all set to tie the knot with his ladylove Amira in July this year. In an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, the Bigg Boss 16 fame opened up about his wedding and revealed that it will be a grand affair which will be attended by several of his celebrity friends. Abdu also revealed that even Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will be attending his wedding in Dubai.
Abdu Rozik shared that Salman Khan congratulated him after he announced his engagement and that’s when he also confirmed that he will be travelling to Dubai for the wedding. “Salman Khan called me up. He said, ‘Congratulations on your wedding. I love you so much’. He told me that it was his wish to see me getting married. He blessed me. He told me that he would come for my wedding and that we would have fun,” Abdu told us.
However, the ‘Chota Bhaijaan’ refused to share much information about his wedding. “We cannot reveal for now. So many preparations are underway. It will be a surprise,” he said and then added, “All my family members and friends will be attending it. All my celebrity friends will also be there.”
Abdu Rozik announced his engagement earlier this month when he took to social media and shared a photo of himself holding a diamond ring.
Sharing how he had proposed to Amira for a wedding, the Tajakistani singer said, “I went out with her. I like her too much. She’s a nice girl. She respects me and even I respect her. She respects my family. When we went out, I proposed and told her ‘I love you. You are that one person who I want in my life’. I was too happy, excited and a little nervous also. She was also happy. Then she said yes. We were in a restaurant.”
The singer mentioned that he spent four months with Amira before he realised that he was in love with her. He shared that even though he has met her family, his fiance has yet to meet his family since they aren’t in Tajikistan. “I spent time with her and I used to go out with her. I met her family. Since my family is in Tajikistan, I made her video call them. They talked to each other. I have met her family but she has not met my family yet. They have only talked to each other on the phone,” he said.
