Rakul Preet Singh’s love affair with ethnic ensembles is not a secret. Be it the embellishments, silhouettes or style, Rakul effortlessly navigates the realms of traditional clothing with a Western touch. Once again, the actress has proved why she holds the title of fashion icon when it comes to Indo-Western style. For one of her work days, Rakul opted for a heavily embellished pre-draped saree, by Ritika Mirchandani. The all-black number featured a shimmery silhouette with a thigh-high slit. The ravishing number came with the designer’s signature triangle cut-work. The actress teamed the drape with a strappy V-neck blouse, studded with gold, white and black beads. Rakul rounded off her look with gleaming bangles in one hand, a pair of statement danglers and a few rings. Her centrally parted tresses were left loosened and styled with curled ends. Muted mauve lips, bronzed cheekbones, mascara, kohl, and nude eyelids gave her a radiant glam. Golden high heels finish the look to perfection.

Earlier, Rakul Preet Singh decided to paint the town red in a co-ord set by designer duo Shivan and Narresh. The two-piece set featured a crop top and a tee-length flared skirt. The blouse-style top came with a sweetheart neckline that was held together with barely there straps. It highlighted an overall ruffled detailing. The embroidered skirt also carried subtle embellishments. Her choice of chunky gold pieces of jewellery added all the gleam to her monochrome look. From the accessory aisle, she picked statement earrings, a stack of bangles and a few rings. Her gold juttis sealed the deal for her.

The outfit featured a butterfly-style blouse with a skirt. The strappy black and white blouse featured a plunging V-neckline. She teamed it with a see-through skirt with thigh-high slit and triangle cutwork around her waistline. A pair of black pumps, earrings and a statement bracelet accentuated the bold style. For the glam, she went with a dewy base, flawlessly contoured face and glossy lips. Her silky tresses were left loosened.
