Take two glasses of water in a pan and keep it on the stove at medium flame. Let it boil for some time. After boiling the water well, put a spoonful of cumin seeds in it and add a small amount of bark. It should be followed by the ginger and the cloves. Let it boil till the water reduces to half the amount you initially kept. Filter it and pour it into the glass. Add a spoonful of pepper powder and turmeric to it.
