The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has started the registration process for the NIFT counselling 2024 for the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Candidates who have cracked the NIFT entrance exam can apply for the NIFT admission 2024 on the official website nift.admissions.nic.in. The last date to apply for the counselling session is June 11.
As per the official notice, “Candidates who have successfully cleared the selection process and secured a valid Common Merit RANK (CMR ) as per the final result declared for NIFT admissions- 2024, must register and fill their preference for academic programmes by midnight on 11th June.”
NIFT Counselling 2024: How To Apply?
Step 1. Visit the NIFT official website nift.ac.in.
Step 2. Search for the link ‘Registration for e-Counselling- 2024’ from the homepage.
Step 3. Now click the ‘UG counselling’ or ‘PG counselling’ link as required.
Step 4. Enter your application number and password to log in.
Step 5. After entering, fill in your required credentials and upload essential documents.
Step 6. Pay the application fee, and download the application form for future use.

Students are required to read all the information regarding the counselling process and schedule before registration. They must also verify their eligibility criteria provided in the prospectus and the website’s seat allocation procedures.
The official website states, “Candidates should make sure that all of the necessary documents, which must be uploaded on the programme’s portal, meet the eligibility requirements as stated in the prospectus and admissions guidelines for 2024.” The institute also announced that separate counselling is being performed for students who applied under the artisan or ward of artisan category, and they were encouraged not to engage in online counselling.
