PAN is a 10-digit alphanumeric identification provided by the Income Tax Department to taxpayers in India.
Aadhaar, on the other hand, is a distinct 12-digit identification number issued to Indian residents by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
The integration of PAN with Aadhaar serves to simplify tax filing processes, eradicate duplicate PAN cards, and enhance transparency in financial dealings.
Visit the official website of the Income Tax Department at incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.
